  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage

  • ½ cup chicken broth (for the pan)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pat turkey breast dry and rub with oil/butter.
  3. Mix spices and rub all over the turkey.
  4. Place in a baking dish with chicken broth.
  5. Roast 60–75 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
