Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pat turkey breast dry and rub with oil/butter.
- Mix spices and rub all over the turkey.
- Place in a baking dish with chicken broth.
- Roast 60–75 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
