How We Write Our Recipes
Every recipe starts with the budget: common ingredients, store brands and as little waste as possible. Recipes posted since April 2026 show what the ingredients cost at Walmart and ALDI, using prices we look up on their websites (here’s how we price our recipes). Instructions are written out in full, and food safety guidance follows USDA recommendations. You can read more on our About page.
