  • 4 bell peppers

  • 1 cup cooked rice

  • 1 can black beans, drained

Directions

  • Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds.
  • Mix rice, beans, tomatoes, and seasoning.
  • Stuff mixture into peppers.
  • Place in baking dish and top with cheese.
