Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl.
  3. Stir in spinach, feta, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Divide mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
  5. Bake 18–20 minutes until set.
  6. Cool slightly before removing.
