Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups oats
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Blend oats into a fine flour.
  2. In a bowl, whisk oat flour, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Heat a greased pan over medium heat and pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form, flip, and cook until golden.
