Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 packet chili seasoning
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Brown beef in a large pot; drain excess fat.
  2. Add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
  3. Stir in seasoning, beans, tomatoes, broth, and pasta.
  4. Simmer uncovered 15–18 minutes until pasta is tender.
  5. Stir in cheese until melted.
