Ingredients
  

  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 8 slices deli turkey
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ¼ cup hummus or mayo
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread hummus or mayo evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Layer turkey, lettuce, and carrots on top.
  4. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  5. Roll tightly and slice in half if desired.
