Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 14 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8×8 baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in spinach, artichokes, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Fold in mozzarella and Parmesan until evenly combined.
  5. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm with chips, bread, or vegetables.
