Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound spaghetti

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic; cook until soft.
  4. Stir in tomatoes and vegetables.
  5. Simmer 15 minutes and season to taste.
  6. Serve sauce over spaghetti.
