Ingredients
  

  • 6 bone-in, skinless chicken thighs
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Place chicken in the crockpot and pour the garlic butter mixture over top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours, until chicken is tender.
  5. Spoon sauce over chicken before serving and garnish with parsley.
