Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 4 cups milk (or water)
  • 2 apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Combine oats, milk, apples, cinnamon, sugar, vanilla, and salt in the crockpot. Stir well.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours (overnight) or high for 3 hours, until creamy.
