Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries (crushed)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease mini Bundt pan.
  3. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Whisk wet ingredients separately.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  6. Crush and fold in raspberries.
  7. Bake 18–20 minutes; cool before serving.

Notes

  • Add chocolate chips.
  • Use strawberries instead.
  • Dust with powdered sugar.
