Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook pork in a skillet until browned; add onion and garlic and cook until softened.
- Stir in cranberries, bread cubes, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in chicken broth and melted butter, tossing to coat.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake 30–35 minutes until top is golden.
- Serve warm.
