Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup fresh or dried cranberries
  • 3 cups cubed bread (day-old preferred)
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook pork in a skillet until browned; add onion and garlic and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in cranberries, bread cubes, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and melted butter, tossing to coat.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and bake 30–35 minutes until top is golden.
  6. Serve warm.
