Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place ham in a baking dish and score the top lightly.
- In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cloves.
- Pour half the glaze over the ham.
- Bake for 45 minutes, basting every 15 minutes with remaining glaze.
- Broil 2–3 minutes to caramelize the top (optional).
- Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
