Pineapple-Honey Glazed Ham

A smaller, boneless ham baked with a sweet pineapple-honey glaze for a perfectly caramelized and festive main dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 2–3 lb boneless ham
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place ham in a baking dish and score the top lightly.
  3. In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cloves.
  4. Pour half the glaze over the ham.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, basting every 15 minutes with remaining glaze.
  6. Broil 2–3 minutes to caramelize the top (optional).
  7. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
