Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into 12 even strips.
- Wrap each sausage with one strip of pastry, placing the seam side down.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds if using.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Serve warm with mustard or your favorite dipping sauce.
