One-Pot Garlic Butter Shrimp and Orzo

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup orzo
  • 2½ cups chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in orzo and broth; simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp; cook 4–5 minutes until pink.
