Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • Optional sauces: marinara, BBQ, or sweet chili

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Form mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch each.
  4. Bake meatballs for 15–20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Thread 2–3 meatballs onto each soaked skewer.
  6. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
