Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch each.
- Bake meatballs for 15–20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Thread 2–3 meatballs onto each soaked skewer.
- Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
