Ingredients
  

  • 6 large jalapeños, halved and seeds removed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, crumbled bacon (if using), garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
  3. Spoon cheese mixture into each jalapeño half.
  4. Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over the tops and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  5. Bake 18–20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and breadcrumbs are golden.
  6. Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
