Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, crumbled bacon (if using), garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
- Spoon cheese mixture into each jalapeño half.
- Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over the tops and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Bake 18–20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and breadcrumbs are golden.
- Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
