Method
- Season pork chops generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear pork chops for 3–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan.
- Lower heat to medium and add honey, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and butter.
- Simmer for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return pork chops to the pan and spoon glaze over them. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use bone-in pork chops for extra flavor.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
- Swap honey for maple syrup if desired.
