Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless pork chops
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. Season pork chops generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear pork chops for 3–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan.
  4. Lower heat to medium and add honey, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and butter.
  5. Simmer for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Return pork chops to the pan and spoon glaze over them. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use bone-in pork chops for extra flavor.
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
  • Swap honey for maple syrup if desired.
