Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat turkey breast dry and place it in a roasting dish.
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter with garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the herbed butter all over the turkey, including under the skin if possible.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top and roast for 55–65 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
