Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound stew beef or chuck roast, cubed
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooked egg noodles, for serving

Method
 

  1. Add beef, mushrooms, onion, soup, broth, and Worcestershire sauce to the crockpot.
  2. Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 7–8 hours or high for 4 hours, until beef is tender.
  4. Stir in sour cream just before serving.
  5. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
