- Add beef, mushrooms, onion, soup, broth, and Worcestershire sauce to the crockpot.
- Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 7–8 hours or high for 4 hours, until beef is tender.
- Stir in sour cream just before serving.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles.
