Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- Mix cream cheese, spinach, and garlic in a bowl.
- Cut a pocket into each salmon fillet and fill with mixture.
- Place salmon in a greased baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
Notes
- Add grated parmesan to the filling.
- Use frozen spinach (thawed and drained).
- Finish with a squeeze of lemon.
