Creamy Spinach Salmon

Pan-seared salmon fillets simmered in a rich garlic-parmesan cream sauce with tender spinach. It's simple, elegant, and perfect for a smaller holiday table.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear salmon 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Pour in cream and parmesan; simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Return salmon to the pan and cook 2 minutes to warm through.
  7. Serve immediately, spooning sauce on top.
