Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Slowly pour in the cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning if using.
  6. Remove from heat and serve warm.
