Ingredients
  

  • 2 boxes stuffing mix (cornbread or chicken flavor)
  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet and sauté onion and celery until soft.
  3. Combine stuffing mix, sautéed veggies, and chicken broth in a large bowl.
  4. Stir until moistened, then spread into a greased baking dish.
  5. Cover and bake 25 minutes; uncover and bake 10 minutes more until golden.
