Ingredients
  

  • 2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup croutons
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan
Dressing
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. Whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon, garlic, and grated parmesan until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Toss chopped romaine with dressing until lightly coated.
  3. Add croutons and parmesan shavings.
  4. Serve immediately.
